Professional home health care services includes a broad range of care and support services for those who are recovering from a hospital stay, who are disabled, chronically- or terminally-ill, and need medical, nursing, social, or therapeutic treatment and/or assistance with the essential activities of daily living.

What services are available for our patients?

The services we provide include Skilled Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Services, Home Health Aide.

Do you offer bilingual services?

Yes. To effectively communicate with most of our customers and deliver maximum satisfaction, we have both English and Spanish speaking staff.
